Some lessons in customer service might be helpful. Made to feel as if it was my fault a product didn't have a barcode on, had to go and get a new one myself, and then made to feel bad for holding up the queue. Not a single thanks for doing their job for them.
Great selection of merchandise at prices very often much cheaper than supermarkets. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Shop is located next to Sainsbury supermarket with CHEAP fuel and they share 3hours FREE car park.
Always friendly till staff. Well-stocked and good prices. Fun couple of hours as usual
Bargins to be found but if you find same items in Homebargins it's usually cheaper.
Update: when buying big products you pay £25 delivery which is fine, but upon arrival he refused to park on the driveway or bring any products in. If he had parked reversed it would have been closer.nn1. Dad elderly carried fences in by himself from the road which the doors are in front of neighbours property and it had fell on his head! It left him bleeding and now his head is covered in blood. There was no help, or apology. How can you charge for delivery costs and not bring it to the house, but only to the road? You already know they are heavy products, the delivery man should be able to bring to the door or have another member. I am truly disappointed. They are lucky that my dad is fit and healthy but if it were any other person, they would probably be in hospital. It's now the evening of - his head has huge marks covered in dried blood. When I arrived from work, the van wasn't parked in driveway, he was parked across the road so I couldn't even park in my own driveway or in front of our other cars because he parked across our three car spaces??? He moved and I had to reverse in the main road to be able to get into my area of the house.nnWe paid £200. Honestly not worth it. B&Q has fences for £2 more each and they deliver properly.nnShop, food, free parking, garden supplies, plants, etc many things. Very slow services though.
