Usually go here after researching prices and finding they can be the cheapest. However if going to browse be aware they will price match anyway. Pick your timing as the car parking can be very busy and getting out can also be slow. The staff are very helpful and the product range is good.

Great quality as always. Staff are incredibly polite and helpful. I went at 5pm on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy, however I would image at peak times it's quite hard to find parking.

A nice store, always clean and tidy, good amount of parking, including disabled at the front and by the collection desk door. Dogs not allowed normally. Departments include kitchen wares, electrical and computing, home fabrics and haberdashery, lighting, bedding, gifts and cards, garden or Christmas furniture depending on the season.

Love this shop BUT I get really frustrated with John Lewis stores for their lax attitude towards putting price labels on products - especially when this is combined with poor labelling on the shelves. More than once have I walked out of a John Lewis At Home because of the effort involved on my part to find out prices. This store, unfortunately, is as bad as the others.

Pretty poor service. Was told the smart bulbs I was buying would work without a hub. Turns out they don't.. got a refund but still cost loads in petrol round trips. The phone line people couldn't help either so it's not just the Swindon store...ended up buying the ones I needed from Amazon. The reviews were more helpful than your store staff so I'll be going there first next time...
