Staff and manger not very nice. I took my sons TV back baring in mind it was only a few months old and had my cover on it so could take it back and get an exchange and it's customers rights that it already has a year on it so if any thing happens you can get an exchange any way with your proof of purchase. No one could be bothered to help with it had to go round the house with this. Would not go to this store again there front line staff need alot more training on how to deal with customers and also know customers rights. Would only shop at argos in homebase staff are very helpful and treat you how you should be treated. Had not good experiences from argos really need to sort out on customers services skills.

Clean. Generally efficient. Usually well stocked. Helpful staff. Unless you want help taking something big out to your vehicle, then forget assistance

I have shopped here for many years and I've always found it to be an enjoyable experience, even when there busy there staff are always very helpful!

The staff were amazing! Even called to reserve something from my local store over 100 miles away! Couldn't falter these guys! Would happily return.
