Not good experience with OakFurniture Land, sofa damaged during delivery in January, repaired not yet done (mid March), incorrect fabric ordered by Oak and now we have to wait for new order of fabric and then help god with repair company who only work during week till 5 pm therefore flexibility is zero. Customer service not helpful.

Excellent range of stock very well presented to aid choices. Staff a little too pushy for my tastes. The staff member I liked was not in today, and even though I clearly told another staff member that I wanted to wait for him, I felt like I was being gently pushed. Sales are and farcical. We have been watching prices closely for four months and although the names of the sales change, the prices don't. It's a shame they don't just plug that they sell good value furniture and forget having these non-existent sales.
