Bought a bike from the Swindon branch. I'd agreed a deal then found elsewhere cheaper, Mike price matched no problem. Had a couple of issues bedding in, again the shop sorted out without delay all staff very helpful and the mechanic made sure I was completely happy before leaving. Great service.
We went in today to have a look at very small road bikes for my partner to try out. Unfortunately they didn’t have any in stock nowadays it’s hard to have stock. We still had a good chat with the staff. Mike was really friendly and we can see that he is a passionate about cycling.
Excellent online customer service: Having recently had issues with returning items bought online from various cycle related retailers, it was refreshing to receive a refund for items that I purchased online and returned to Hargrove Cycles within 24 hours of them receiving the returned items. Excellent customer service, I'll definitely be using them again.
I want to say a big thank you to this shop for helping me out today. I was part way through the King Alfred's Way and realised my brake pads were totally shot. They helped me out as soon as they were open with new pads and fitting. Great service, thanks.
Great place and the very reason you should support local shops. Popped in today with a loose spoke, expecting to have to return and collect later in the week. Nope, they did it there and then. What else can you ask for and the coffee was good too. Thanks guys
I have been using Hargroves Swindon for many years and would recommend them to anyone. Mark and his team are friendly, approachable and professional. They have always tried their utmost to accommodate me, even when presented with a last-minute dilemma! They are also dog-friendly and my dog LOVES going in to see everyone and receive fussings!
Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Mike and the team, we live an hour and a half away from the store, after my girlfriend had found the bike she needed online I phoned and asked if they could put it back until the following day. They were happy to do that. When we arrived Mike helped to set up the bike properly so she could try it and have a ride to make sure it was exactly the size and bike she was after. Making little adjustments to make it more comfortable. We have been to 3/4 other bike shops over the last couple days and the guys here were by far the friendliest and most helpful. Highly recommend
Brilliant shop. Used before. Booked my bike in after an accident, they had it repaired within 24 hours of dropping it off. Good price as well. Very friendly staff, highly recommended.

I ordered a bike online from Hargroves Cycles, it was delivered to Aberdeen in 2 days, it was packaged very securely and all parts were there. They also included a free bike tool, water bottle and socks which were a brilliant wee touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, wish they had a branch in Aberdeen!
