I am a total newbie when it came to Cycling in general and was looking for advice as I have had zero experience with anything to do with bikes. I was absolutely shocked to find someone who was willing to give me the advice and support needed to get into the sport. He spent time with me explaining the basics and answering every one of my questions with the utmost interest and genuine helpfulness that I have never experienced before. I did not leave with a bike but I left with the information and support needed to purchase a beginner bike that was in my price range. I would definitely go back to the shop when I need to upgrade my bike into something more specialised.

Very professional service, immediately made us feel comfortable. Great advice and no sales pressure. The Bike Rooms sourced me a very rare Trek Boone 2016 model, included a bike fit, then rode with us from the store to the nearest trail so I could immediately enjoy this amazing cyclocross bike. The store and the bike are both highly recommended.

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR.  Had the unfortunate experience of a puncture on a Brompton while riding through Swindon.  Guy behind the counter was most unhelpful, dismissive & sarcastic.  Whilst I appreciate they don't do general repairs 'only on our own bikes' I was told! there was no interest in helping a cyclist in difficulty.  They don't sell inflating sprays but would sell me a puncture kit & the tools required to remove a Brompton rear wheel!.  I was directed to Halfords which I now know is 1.5 miles away but no offer of directions I live in Swansea so had to walk / run 3.5 miles back to my car while pushing the bike.  Had I wanted to spend plenty of bucks on a new bike or kit in their shiny showroom I'm sure they would have obliged, but they seem to have lost touch with the common cyclist.  Try somewhere else if you want any level of customer service as you won't get it here.  If I could give this place 'no stars' I would - but I couldn't!!

Today I took in some bib shorts I'd bought from the online store to check they were the correct size. They weren't! The guys swapped them to the correct size and checked the fit. They were both polite, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome in store. They are a credit to the brand and proof that customer service is important. I'm sure I'll be back! Thanks guys

Just a MASSIVE  thank you to all at BIKE ROOMS SWINDON !!!! The customer service I have received and help after my purchase have been quite frankly "OUT OF THIS WORLD" I now have a gorgeous Pinarello Graal complete with Zipp wheels which looks a million dollars !!! Thanks again to you all !! Ade
