When Steve first came to view my property he was very informative and filled me with confidence to proceed with our sale. I have not been disappointed. Steve and John have a personal touch but have been very professional and have made the whole experience as painless as possible. I highly recommend Home if you are selling a property in Stretford. If we were to move again, I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys!

Avoid these guys by all means, do not believe whatever these guys say. If you have bought property from these guys then I bet you would have paid more than the worth of the property and these guys will increase the value by telling all lies. DO NOT trust these guys. Also, even if the survey is not satisfactory these guys push you to buy the property. The property I agreed, bank was not even ready to give mortgage and so I had to pull out. After this, when I booked viewing another appointment the way these guys behaved was really unacceptable and rude behaviour. DO NOT expect any sort of respect from these guys. I could not give -ve stars and forced to give 1 star. Stay away from these guys by all means, this is my kind advise. I know and understand all agents are here to sell, but these guys even worst that I cannot describe in word.

I cannot speak more highly of this estate agents, particularly this branch thanks to John and Simon. John from the start of the process to the end went above and beyond. It is the best customer experience we have ever had from an estate agents and we have dealt with two other major chains. They are honest people that give a bespoke customer service experience. Thankyou for making one of the most stressful times of our life bearable with your 'real' way of doing business. We cant tell you how much our family appreciates it.

John and Steve, I cannot thank you enough for how well you guys dealt with my sale. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. We have been kept informed throughout and the advice we have received has been very welcome and spot on. From the first contact, the valuation, viewings and post-sale, you have been on top of your work and I have to say, you have changed the way I look at estate agents. We will certainly be recommending Home Estates to anyone we know who is looking to sell or buy property. You are definitely doing things rights, keep up the good work and I am sure you will be the main agents in the Stretford area over the next few years no doubt.
