Went for a Sunday carvey. Didn't book a table but fitted us in ,food was lovely will be back.

Sunday lunch, we didn't book and a few pubs were fully booked so we popped into the Worlington Hall to see if they could accommodate a group of 5 plus a 5 year old child. They were surprisingly lots of tables available as it was quite early still. They offered Sunday dinner, Lamb or Beef, the group had both and I will honestly say the quality of the food was fantastic, amazing lamb that was brilliantly cooked, the portions were of a good size with plenty of sides. The beer was great too. The desert was even better, brownies with caramelised ice cream. Yum. All for a very good price, much cheaper than any of the pubs that are within 10 miles. . Lovely ground to walk it all off too. Food 10 out of 10, staff 10 out of 10. Staff were friendly and polite. This is now my first option for a family Sunday lunch in this area. Amazing and to think we only came here because all the pubs were pre booked. Totally recommend. .

Hotel is a bit tired but pleasant enough, Leighann however was an absolute super star. Attentive without being annoying and turned what would have been an average place to stay into a fantastic experience. Food was also very good.

Haven't used the hotel, only eaten and drunk here. Very friendly service and good food
