Great staff. Great food. Rooms aren't too bad. You can hear a bit into the rooms on the top floor. And be ready for a snug lift. We're planning on going back for breakfast.

First rate!
I have to confess, I didn't know what to expect when my wife booked this as we were attending a New Year's Eve wedding nearby, but was pleasantly surprised.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms modern, well equipped and comfortable.
We only ate breakfast, but this was great as well.
All in all a very enjoyable stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel!

My friends and I popped in for a coffee. Nice surroundings, lovely friendly receptionist.  Unfortunately, coffee took 20 minutes and they didn't get the order right. So we had to then wait for the next 10 minutes for 2 cappuccinos, which were only just warm. And only two of the seven drinks came with a small biscuit. So not impressed at all. They did say they were short on staff, but we were the only ones in there.

Went for afternoon tea.  Lovely hotel and the afternoon tea excellent value for money.  Would certainly recommend it.

The food and service were excellent. We really enjoyed our meals and the ambiance.
