Really open and welcoming staff. They gave us room, space and time to browse. Very knowledgeable staff, being helpful and relaxed without pushing for an immediate sale. Upon receiving our goods one item was damaged. A quick hassle-free call to the team and it was sorted with no quibbles. Very impressed with their communication and service. Would happily do business with them again.....in fact we did, and ordered some more dining room chairs.
Bought quite a few bits from there in the past and have always been satisfied with the prices and quality, everything is still going strong with no issues. Always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Deliveries have always been fine. Would use them again.
This place is absolutely great can't recommend it enough after a long day in the cold and rain looking for a sofa me and my daughter had been to 5 different big department stores so popped in here on the off chance and we found a sofa we loved and we'll be getting it in January the 2 guys in the store were great never hounded us or pressured us into buying anything it was straight forward no hidden charges and the prices are really good please check this place out before going anywhere else
Sourced my item from ebay & contacted WWF directly, they ordered and delivered the table to the schedule we discussed, a slight delay but they phoned me to advise. Honest and trustworthy company. Thankyou. Karen
