We ordered our kitchen @ Wren and delivered the agreed date. However we are expecting we get the counter top we choose but delivered different colour and I hate it. We told on the first day of the appointment what we want and even point it out as it was on the shop display. It was white and came gray with spotty white and i hate it. When the final check came to make sure the measurement is right and confirm about the counter top and it said we cant do anything as we already agreed.
I had my first appointment not knowing what to expect, after a bit of researching I was going to walk away as the review is not very positive online. Cain the manager called me after a few weeks just to follow up and I told him my concerns also I wasn’t very sure with the design I got from my first appointment he completely changed my mind by assuring me he will give full support if anything goes wrong; so I decided to give it another go with Wren, and I’m glad I made the right decision Cain is a great designer and he knows what he is talking about, I think in total we had more than 5 appointments, just to get the design right. He was very patient and knowledgeable, I am quite particular with details - and I have to say I could not be happier with my kitchen! A lot of people complain about fitting and product quality from Wren, and from my honest opinion I would say it’s all pretty good- my kitchen has been fitted for 6 months now, and it works great, looks great, haven’t got any issues so far. I did had a small issue when fitting the kitchen, but Cain sorted it out straightaway- as he promised. I think Nottingham showroom has great team and I would recommend ordering kitchen from them!
Our experience with Wren Kitchens is very positive.the sales staff are helpful and knowledgeable. When there were a couple of problems they were sorted out without any fuss. We are very pleased with the quality of their kitchens and service.
AVOID Staff in store are great, but we’ve been left with a huge gap behind our worktops due to bad design and measuring…. Wren won’t accept responsibility.. have emailed head office and told to just buy up stands which weren’t part of the original design however the gap is larger than the width of the upstands.. how is this acceptable? The silicone around the sink is wrong too Their twitter and Facebook team have now blocked me for sharing this review on those platforms
After years of pondering over a new kitchen, we searched to find the best kitchen at the best price. Eventually, ended up at Wren, and after 4 or 5 visits of designing and picking out everything needed for a fully fitted, fully integrated kitchen. Installed by Gary, who did an amazing job fitting in 2 weeks. 2 years later on, it still looks as good today as it did when it was first installed.
Our Wren kitchen is beautiful now its in, but their customer service and willingness to actually help us, once the money was in their hands, was poor. Very poor. Once they've been paid they're not interested any more, but up to that point they are OK. Price was fair, no complaints there. If use then again, but I'd be very, very careful with them, and I'll take whatever option I can to pay latest possible moment so they keep interested.
First class service from start to finish. We went to several different places before settling on Wren. The main reason was down to the range of colours and finishes available; it is second to none. This kitchen comprises Infinity Plus Matt Cashmere shaker doors with Autograph Elements Ocean Cypress; all appliances are Zanussi. The showroom staff were friendly, professional, offered advice where needed and nothing was too much trouble. After coming up with the first draft we had a dissenter in the family, so I returned and redesigned everything again. They were more than happy to oblige and didn't even bat an eyelid. We placed the order on our third visit. The kitchen was delivered quickly and on time. We realised that a couple of items were missing once everything was unpacked, so I rang customer services. Both missing items were delivered a couple of days later with absolutely no quibbling. A professional joiner from the local area fitted it for us. He was so impressed with the sheer quality of the units and the fittings that he plans to refurbish his own kitchen using Wren products. He commented frequently on how good everything was. This kitchen was fitted at my dad's house. The end result is fabulous; since the pictures we have finished it off with a bit of tiling and a couple of turquoise bar stools at the island. When my own finances allow, I will definitely be going to Wren for my kitchen. Although we were told that they were on the expensive side, we found the prices to be not too much more than other quotes and we had selected the top range units plus some of the more expensive Autograph Elements features. The range and choice made paying that little bit extra completely worth it. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Wren Kitchens to everyone. They were brilliant from start to finish.

We had wren kitchen installed 3 years ago , the kitchen has been fitted spot on we are very very happy with the kitchen which we spent alot of money on , but we are very very dissapointed in the after service i have been waiting over a year for someone to come out and install a softclose unit latch one latch still been one year and no response everytime i call i get promised that someone will contact me until itis resolved , yet again lies lies lies disgusted with the aftersales customer sevice absolutely rubbish . Pleaseeee AVOIL BECAUSE WHEN THEY GET THE MONEY ITS ALL FINE BUT AFTER THEY DONT CARE WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT ASSISTANCE YOU NEED.
