Was apprehensive about ordering online for some rather expensive beds but after calling, no answer..got a surprise call back from Sabrina an hour later and we discussed options & enquired exactly the time to deliver would take . I was advised on the mattress quality and also how high the legs should be. Overall great service and everything was delivered as expected and confirmed with an email. The delivery company contacted us to check if the time to install was appropriate and the guys came as expected together with a call to confirm they are on their way! They installed and took pictures making sure all was fine. All in all, was a good experience albeit the slightly premium prices, but you are buying Suisse and quality is well worth it the wait!
Best customer service experience! We haven't received our bed yet as we just placed our order, but Sabrina was really helpful from the get go. She answered all our questions, provided exact measurements and made adjustments to our order without any hassle. She answered even late at night! Thank you for being so professional and friendly. *We will update this review as soon as we receive the bed but so far great service.
Great experience from beginning to end. Bought 4 wardrobes 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedsides, amazing quality. Customer service from the order process to the aftercare was amazing couldn’t recommend enough only gave 5 stars because I couldn’t give more!!!
Genuinely couldn't have asked for more. Beautiful bed, delivered ahead of schedule and assembled beautifully by Rash who was extremely careful of my property and the bed. There was a tiny cosmetic chip to the bed frame which was hidden by the mattress once in place, but Sabrina still arranged for a replacement piece of frame which was swapped over for me less than 2 weeks later. I genuinely couldn't speak highly enough about the quality of the product and the service I received and I will definitely be using them again.
This is the worst furniture company! They said they will deliver our wardrobe in 4-6 weeks but it took them around 16 weeks. When they delivered and installed the wardrobe the mirror was broken and a drawer was missing so they said they will come to replace them in another 4 weeks. After 8 weeks they came to replace these only to find out when they arrived at my house they have the wrong drawer. So now I am still waiting for another 4-6 weeks to come with the correct drawer. The quality of the furniture is average, definitely not up to their prices. I would say you would get the same quality from IKEA probably. I will definitely avoid them in the future.
The furniture is really good. Wooden bed awesome. Sabrina is extremely kind and passionate and also clearly engaging in meeting the customer’s needs and taste. I didn’t know this was an Italian led company when I found it but the assistance and guidance has been typically Italian: passionate, full of taste and elegance. Delivery and installation team awesome.
WORTH THE WAIT Our bedroom furniture was due to be delivered the week after the country went into lockdown so obliviously it was cancelled. We had already decorated and removed all our old furniture ready for the new. After spending two months sleeping on the floor and using a box for a wardrobes our furniture was delivered and installed. I can’t fault head2bed in any aspect from start to finish. Sabrina was fantastic, pre order we had endless questions about various ranges while we tried to decide, she was so helpful, then when the delivery was cancelled she couldn’t have been more professional. The build quality of the furniture is fantastic and installation in different circumstances social distancing was professional, painless and efficient. I can’t praise Head2bed highly enough as a company and individuals for brilliant customer service and fantastic furniture. Definitely worth the wait we couldn’t be more pleased Thank you
I wish delivery could have been smoother, arrive later than expected. Delivery could have been before Christmas but because i wasn't in my new house until the 17th, told them as much, i couldn't get it delivered. January 21st and guess what still no bed although having an email from the courier company. Delivered in the end with many phone calls a couple of weeks later.
I bought a wardrobe years ago and now I wanted to add the matching drawers. I queried whether the drawers would fit in a door opening of 87cm instead of 90cm The assembly team left the doors not fully opening blaming an uneven door but the response I received from Sabrina Vizziello operations manager was utterly rude. The way of addressing me and the wording on her emails was extremely impolite. There is so many ways of saying things without being rude. I won’t be liaising with them ever again and for sure won’t be recommending them.
I had to leave a review for Head2bed as I'm delighted with my purchase and they've really looked after me and have done everything they said they would. Firstly, the bed I've bought is a Hasena Lisio Airon, in light oak, but with the Edda headboard. It's a lovely frame, with rounded corners and it appears to 'float' as its legs are hidden underneath. I also went for a new mattress, which is a Relaxsan Waterlatex 20cm deep version, in medium support. The combination of new bed and medium mattress have changed my sleep completely. I love this bed! About my experience with Head2bed: From the very start I felt confident in the company, as I do my research and saw they had brilliant reviews at Trustpilot, but a very comprehensive website, with clearly a lot of information in it. My questions about the mattress, the headboard and the compatibility of the two were answered courteously and promptly by Sabrina, whose attitude to customer service and product knowledge gave me all the confidence I needed. When the products were ordered, the company contacted my wife several times to inform her of their delivery time and when they arrived, they brought everything into the house, carried it up a steep, narrow, Victorian staircase and assembled everything in the master bedroom. They took all the packaging materials away and were very efficient, careful and courteous. I'd recommend this company wholeheartedly. Finally, thank you Sabrina, I'm very happy with my purchase!
