FTA furnished two houses for us. The service was amazing, the staff are really friendly and the products I purchased are very good quality! The first house was a few years ago with beds and sofas and they still look brand new! The second house they provided me with beds, sofas and a dresser table with a stool. Everything is very high quality and was delivered on time! Thank you guys!

Liars. Sent a complaint about a bed I ordered being awful quality and they accused me of misusing it which is completely not true. I sent this company 13 emails and also contacted them via wowcher, and they still say they only got 1 message from me- I have all the emails. Truth is the quality is appalling and the company are extremely confused! Confused why id say the quality is poor, confused by my complaint, “confused and baffled” are their favourite words. I’ll be taking the matter further as no doubt they’ll respond to this with the same old rubbish they have with everyone else! Despite me being able to categorically prove them wrong. Steer well clear, quality is dreadful and the customer service is no better. I’ve been well and truly ripped off.

Got the best bed from here! I'm so in love with it, me and my boyfriend get the best nights sleep in it. I defintely recommend their king size leather effect beds with memory foam mattresses. Robin sorted us out with a great deal, I'll be forever greatful. Thank you!!
