I love my local Homebase. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the prices are very good and the store is great to walk round. I find it much better than B&Q which is very messy. I am looking forward to going to choose some new garden supplies soon. Thanks Homebase!

Went to choose our Xmas tree. We always choose one in a pot with roots, so we can plant it at our allotment once it’s served it’s Xmas duty. The gentleman who was netting up the trees, (Prakash) was very helpful, friendly, and did everything to ensure we were happy with our choice. Great customer service.

Went to homebase in grantham bought a gas hob had to leave it there for gas check paid for it got a phone call 2 weeks later to pick up we in there and the person who sold it to us had already sold the item to someone else wasn't impressed won't be shopping there again

Good choice of stock, but dreadful service. I had a trolley-load of stuff, but needed advice on fixings. Took me 20 minutes to find someone who would talk to me, but couldn't give basic advice. My pregnant wife was exhausted, so ended up leaving without what I needed.
