The Environment

* All ocean products are made from the finest eco viable materials. Rattan is one of the few truly renewable rain forest products
* Rattan vines grow within the tree canopies of the rain forests of South East Asia. Without a mature forest enviroment rattan cannot grow so provides a strong incentive for growers to preserve and protect their forest ecosystems.
* When rattan is harvested it naturally re-grows. In short, is truly self generating.
* All timber used is harvested from managed forests and our factories are independently audited to ensure the required quality and good working practices.
