It has the best of all worlds – a building full of character, state-of-the-art facilities, 16 acres of beautiful grounds - and a convenient location at the heart of the motorway network (the M40, M42, M6 and M69 are all within a 20 minute drive).

It is one of only seven conference venues in the UK to have achieved the Accredited in Meetings (AIM) Gold Award for superb meeting room facilities and it is a Conference Centre of Excellence, the highest measure of quality within the conference venue sector

I visited Woodlands Grange as part of a Guide Dogs puppy raising conference with my guide dog puppy.  The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate myself and my guide dog puppy. The rooms were clean and very well furnished.  The facilities were excellent with drink stations around the hotel which offered a good range of drinks and was also well stocked with biscuits, cakes and sweet treats. The provided lunch was delicious and was an good choice of meal with an excellent salad bar. The finished dishes were cleared quickly and efficiently. Staff were polite and friendly but also very professional. I would definitely recommend.

Visited for an event but didn't stay here so can't comment on the rooms. Eat once in the restaurant a la carte & the meal was average. Buffet dinners for those attending event was fairly bland, deserts better than main courses. Staff very helpful & friendly. Hotel very pleasant to be in, great for an event, extensive grounds, pleasant but not memorable, free tea, coffee & biscuits was good & readily available.

What a pleasure - all the staff with no exception were friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Great venue for conferences. I would just improve signage for the hotel when approaching from the A46 as the hotel signs aren't visible on approaching the roundabout.

A really nice clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The only reason I docked it a star was because I found the food quality variable. I stayed for two days and I wondered whether there were different chefs on duty. However this wouldn't stop me going again, it is a super venue for a conferenceRooms: 5/5

The team at this hotel from the top down are high quality, friendly and professional. Also the hotel is well maintained, looks great and is a very good location for a business event. During the challenging times of 2020 and 2021, Woodland Grange allowed my wife's dance school to hold classes there, as a paying customer, because the secondary school my wife usually held classes in was not allowing hiring due to their own COVID regulations. Venues were extremely tough to find during those times, and without Woodland Grange, many local children would not have been able to carry on dancing during those years. This investment by the team at Woodland Grange in local children, who had such a hard time during 2020/21, should never be underestimated and will never be forgotten. Thank you to everyone at Woodland Grange, from the bottom of our hearts, from everyone at Eclipse Dance.

Lovely lady at evening reception desk, lovely room, sadly there was no dining hall dinner available as it was being refurbished. There is a bar and they were serving some food there but I went out for dinner in the end. Lovely grounds, I went in in the evening late and out after a nice breakfast, so cant comment more sadly. Would definitely return. Parking is about 100 metres from the front door.

This is my third visit to Woodland Grange.  As always,the staff make the great venue even better.  The Operations Manager Edyta is an absolute delight, always there to help and always eager to make sure everyone is enjoying their stay. She makes the stay that little bit better.  Whitney on Reception is always kind, helpful and has almost permanent smile on her face. The best person possible for the welcoming face of the venue.  All the staff around the hotel such as Perm, Lilly and Jordan are also great people to have around and are all providing an excellent service.

Set discreetly off a busy road leading to Leamington. The surrounding trees and large grasses area at the rear made it seem as if it was a very relaxed rural  rural setting The core period building has had modern and spacious areas added Reception staff were friendly and my room wasn't cramped and overlooked the back lawn from the 3rd floor. Touches I really liked were the coffee machines available in ad hoc sitting areas, plus pastries, cake biscuits and pick and mix The major bugbear was the fact that the room card system had failed. And being a weekend, no one to sort the problem. But the staff did their very best to be available asap to use their master card, to open my door. I'd definitely stay again Pat on the back for the way the staff dealt with the room key issue to alleviate the problem for their guests

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting and staying at Woodland Grange on several occasions for business purposes. I have been impressed with the style and excellent customer experience afforded by the staff. The warm welcome and greeting by Whitney Sheen and the front desk team remains a hallmark of the high standard set by the team. The catering team ensure fine dining experience and relaxation. Overall a wonderful location for business activities or/and leisure. Thank you Team.

The best venue ever! We had a 3 days conference in Woodland Grange. Huge thank you to all stuff who were helping us and going an extra mile! Everyone was friendly, supportive and positive! Conference rooms, toilets, lobby were always tidy. The hotel room was quiet and convenient. Snacks and clean cups were in place. Lunches and dinners were diverse and super tasty every day with a range of desserts!. The views from the venue are amazing! And the inner gardens are so cosy! Prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!
