Amazing small family run hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable that finally I could sleep well all night. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5

Had a lovely stay at Westham. Paul made us feel very welcomed. The room was comfortable and the small kitchen area was ideal. The room was nice and clean. Not having breakfast provided wasn't a problem. We had the choice to eat where and when suited us. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Warwick centre and the castle. Wouldn't hesitate recommending the Westham as a good place to stay.

This tidy, clean accomodation is within easy walking distance of Warwick town centre. There is a tesco and Lidl within a couple of minutes walk. It's a great base to explore the town from. The host is friendly and helpful.  Walkability: Easy walking distance to the local amenities and town centre.

A lovely stay recently. We were made to feel very welcome and Paul was a very accommodating host - willing to offer suggestions of local things to do. There were 3 of us staying my parents and I and we ended up having a 'little wing.' We had a double and a single room, sinks in both and a shared bathroom. Towels provided, as well as tea making facilities! Cute little place and very reasonable! We hope to be back soon! Thank you!

Ideal place to stay. Very welcoming and helpful. Perfect location for our short stay in Warwick. Easy to walk to sights, shops and restaurants. The room was perfect very clean, comfortable and spacious. Had a really good nights sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay once again in comfy, warm room with  fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle plus crockery etc.Rooms: 4/5

Location was good, just a short walk away from Warwick centre and the castle. The people were very welcoming and gave us some nice advice on where to eat/go/see etc. The rooms were comfortable enough, nothing special but wasn't expecting them to be. All in all thought it was nice!

Nice friendly staff with clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms a bit worn but still comfortable. Marked down for communication as asked the venue beforehand about breakfast but no response to say that breakfast not offered.

A very nice reasonable Bed and Breakfast, The owner was nice and cooks a good breakfast, and even called us when we left behind my shirt. The only down side is the shower changed temp randomly and there is not much to do in warwick apart to go to the castle. I would deffo use this B&B again very cheap, comfortable bed and a great breakfast what more could you want for £40.
