The room was spotless apart from the window which was disgusting. The mattress good, the coffee facilities very good, the shower floor very, very slippery. It has iron and iron board, hair dryer, water in the mini fridge, chocolates, milk, sugar, coffee, nespresso machine. Unfortunately the common areas are dirty, the entrance, hall, corridors. It could improve just by giving it a good clean and maintaining it.
Great location right in the centre of town. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and this really makes a difference. My room was spacious with a very convenient table and chairs. I particularly liked the large walk-in shower, which had a waterfall shower head on the ceiling and a standard removable shower head, too. I find this feature particularly good and very useful, particularly if showering with children. Usual comfy bed, so I slept well. I would stay here again.
Hotel rooms are refurbished to a high standard, lovely spacious rooms with en-suite walk in large shower.nStaff go above and beyond to ensure customers feel at home in this friendly hotel. Will definitely be back to this town centre located hotel.
Wonderful stay from staff at front desk to breakfast manager in the morning who went above and beyond to meet all of her customers preferences. I am vegan and the breakfast manager always went out of her way to ensure I had a hot cooked vegan breakfast during our stay. Beds were very comfortable, room clean, slept well, quiet room. Excellent location lots of restaurants on your doorstep.
This hotel must have been recently refurbished as I was slightly concerned when I read previous reviews.nWe arrived at 8pm and checked in on the screen. It didn’t print the keys so had to go to a receptionist who sorted this quickly for us. Went to room which we found to be very clean and modern. Usual comfortable beds for premier inn. We went out for dinner see Wofon review if you like asian food. Upon return we went to bed without setting an alarm as we had no plans. The hotel was so quiet and the curtains a perfect blackout that we didn’t wake up until 9.30am!! Breakfast was extremely busy but the usual Premier Inn standard. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall, the best premier inn of the week and we had stayed in three in total.
