Great friendly people. Nothing too much trouble. No hassle just let you look around. Problem with seat but dealt with before I collected the car and you wouldn't know that there had been a problem. Cars immaculate. Would definitely go back when I needed a new car. Would recommend them to anyone.

Woodcroft Motors Stockton on Tees I couldn’t have picked a better place then woodcroft motors for my first car on finance.Ray is truly a legend best dealer to deal with when it comes to choosing your first car to purchase was very straight forward and friendly guide me through all the important documents and information required in and out the office and no mocking about unlike some other dealers. Very pleasant and well organised showroom with brilliant excellent cars in stock. The cars Woodcroft Motors has on stock are absolutely fabulous great condition well maintain in and out and excellent showroom cars are displayed for perfection. Like a excellent showroom should be. Friendly professional staff and very helpful this has to be one of the best cars showroom I have attended.I was amazed at how good we communicate thorough the telephone and with assisting travelling from London was no easy task. We arrived late and unannounced but getting our car out for a test drive was not a problem, everyone was friendly and helpful. Buying the new car was a quick and smooth process. Thanks Guys

Went for a viewing of a car - travelled near on 40 miles. Asked for a test drive (or even a better view of the car as it was in the showroom) and he replied back "no, you are just looking" - i did say i was looking but was very interested as i had the version prior, I was clearly looking to buy within a week but because i was not looking to buy on the spot he basically pushed me away. Attitude was shameful. Customer service shambolic. Expected more. Guess i will look elsewhere to spend my money.
