2 stars because the lady at the reception was nice. Went there to purchase a peugeot on finance as a foreigner who's been here only a year, but the sales man didn't even care to give more details but tell me I need 3 years history and can't help me. Went to another dealer shortly after which told me to go to BMW, thereafter BMW was SUPER lovely and said they can help and booked an appointment.
I originally got my car from Peugeot kettering. I have just had my annual servicing done here as I have now moved to the area and the staff are extremely inviting and welcoming. Had a great chat whilst waiting for the courtesy car and a lovely coffee then upon collection the kids were treated with drinks and the same politeness too. Thanks for a lovely experience to all at Simon Bailes! See you for the next one!
Excellent experience with Stephen Sanderson at Simon Bailes in Stockton. Brilliant customer services, very helpful. Would certainly recommend.
A total waste of time. They gave me a very good price on a new Peugeot but then failed to give me a price for my 3 year old, low mileage trade in. After waiting over a week without any offer at all, I gave up. Two stars for initially being responsive.
