Had my car serviced here today. Great service end to end. Fair price, good report from workshop with video of vehicle which was easy to understand. Lucy in service department was very professional and friendly. Would recommend the service department here. Thanks for good service!
Stu was absolutely brilliant at arranging and ordering my new Peugeot 2008 for me. I'm so pleased with every aspect including the colour choice, down to the adaptions I've had fitted to the car for when I need to use the hand controls. The customer service has been second to none and when I collected my car, Stu made it a big deal for me and let me unveil the car after signing for it. It's always the small details that make a customer feel happy. Thank you all at Simon Bailes Stockton!!
Didn’t listen to what I asked for, very disappointing, would not recommend, I have cancelled my service contract for all future services.
We've leased several cars from Simon Bailes over the years and have always found it to be a welcoming, friendly dealership. The showroom is clean,tidy, the reception and service teams are professional, polite and helpful . The sales team are patient, well informed and able to adapt/simplify product or technical information or answer questions in a way that we were able to understand . Great service and a dealership we would recommend

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience this time otho I have given 5 star rating previously did not want to take out a new service plan with them but at the time I would have used them again made to look like a idiot and spoken to if I was stupid have used this service for at least the tast ten years unfortunately otho they have excellent mechanics

Staff left me sat in front of the parts desk and staff member for 10 minutes until she acknowledged I was there.
The worst service I’ve ever received from a car dealership! Reported a faulty rear camera 9 months ago and still waiting for a call back to say they can get me in. I won’t hold my breath I’ve then had my car booked in for over 4 weeks as the garage recalled my car for a high voltage battery issue, I turned up to be turn turned away, why? Because there too busy and I should look outside at all the cars parked up. Couldn’t help me, said they would call me to book me straight in, I’m still waiting for the call well over a week! I would stay far away from this bunch of incompetent clowns! And I know plenty more unhappy customers that have been treated the same. Feel free to contact me personally.
Excellent experience from reserving to purchasing my new car from Simon Bailes Stockton. Ronnie rang me after making an enquiry online to reserve the car as i live so far away and didn’t want to miss out. Ronnie communicated with me and answered any questions I had before travelling up to view the car. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception so sorry I didn’t get your name! made my friend and I coffee and showed us to a comfy seating area while we waited a short wait for Ronnie. I was able to look over the car, took it for a test drive and didn’t feel pressured at all to make the purchase. Once I was happy we proceeded with the purchase which went very smoothly. Ronnie was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as were all the people we met there. Would highly recommend Simon Bailes Stockton and Ronnie. Many thanks to you.
