Booked on behalf of somebody else.  Booking system efficient - needed to speak to a real person with a couple of queries which were dealt with very efficiently and by friendly, helpful staff.  Taxi arrived on time with phone call to say they had arrived/waiting outside - and driven to the precise location/right up to the main hospital door despite there being a lot of congestion outside.  Thank you Argyle taxis: I appreciate being able to rely on you.

Got a taxi from my house to the car garage. updates where excellent via links sent in text messages with details of the car and the reg plate, phone back to say when cab was outside. Taxi driver was a very nice, professional driver who knew the areas well. Thank you

Great service. Was picked up within 15 minutes and the driver didn't try to engage in any type of unwanted conversation, which i was very greatful for because i get anxious when trying to have a conversation with someone. This made me feel comfortable during the journey, albeit a bit awkward hence the 4/5 stars, but that may just be more down to my personal preference. Also affordable- a 20ish minute drive only cost £7

Booked a cab with 24 hours notice and 30 minutes after they should have arrived I called to find they were having problems fulfilling the job. They said “another 5 minutes” - gave up after a 40 minute delay and used another firm. Eventually turned up 50 minutes after I booked them for. Wasn’t informed of a delay - I had to call them. Won’t be attempting to use this firm again.Service:&nbsp;Limousines

Driver was friendly. Seemed focused on driving and overall seems like the type of friend you see occasionally when walking to the shops who you have a chat with that accidentally goes on for hours XD. Anyway, friendly driver, good car condition. 10/10 will use again cause it's one of the cheapest options

Arrived in quickly and polite, friendly driver. The driver went out of his way to find a wheelchair to take me to the department I needed to go to and did the same on the return to his cab.  It was worthy of the five stars.

Taxi arrived promptly, I was notified of its arrival. Driver was friendly and polite, but professional. Helped me with my bags and made sure I was safe with the icy pavement. Excellent service

Several months ago, my 21 year old daughter and her same age friend were picked up by a taxi driver from Argyle Satellite. They had been on a night out and when then were dropped off at my daughter's friend's house, the taxi drive realized they were drunk and attempted to force his way into her house so they could have "a good time". The only thing which saved them was my daughter's friend's dog! Another similar incident has recently occurred which is in the process of police investigation. I strongly recommend that girls do not use this taxi firm which seems to employ taxi drivers who take advantage of their vulnerable female passengers.

Fare changed was higher than quoted through the app, also ‘pay in car’ didn’t flag that meant cash only. Considering that you book through an app,, this is pathetic and driver excuse that card machine wasn’t working is unacceptable. I won’t use this company again and suggest other source more reliable and professional companies. Avoid, or better still walk home.

Driver picked us up on time - very polite - extremely pleasant  he had just finished half a marathon getting ready for London marathon a very good journey. I was informed by phone that taxi was waiting outside - definitely recommend this company.Service:&nbsp;Limousines
