How terribly disorganised. 50 customers crowded together in a small area, so hot and busy that you can barely breathe. I ordered online and I could barely get to the pick up counter. You can’t even see the signs. I under it’s not necessarily the restaurant’s fault but some organisation would help. I added an extra star for the good food though, better than my local one!
I had had chips with Louisiana rub favour, it's pretty ordinary. The chip is not that frash maybe the quality of the potatoes used is not that good if you compare to five guys... but it's as pricey as other fast food restaurants in the area.
£5 for lukewarm, hard loaded fries that was bearly loaded with any sauce. Also no point ordering eat in as u still made to que at collection to get your order, u just get goven a big fancy table sign to hold while waiting for you food.nnAs somebody who works in hospitality i have to say the standards of service are low and i wont be visiting again.
Tried Wingstop in London and it was definitely a different experience than in the U.S. One thing I noticed right away is that you can’t really customize your wings the same way like In the U.S, you can adjust seasoning levels and flavors pretty freely, but here that wasn’t really an option. When I asked, everyone kind of looked at me confused had to call a manager still said no ..and no one has ever asked them that …definitely a cultural difference but the employees and staff super nicennThe wings themselves tasted a little different than back home, but not bad Just not exactly the same flavor profile I’m used to. They do give you plastic gloves to eat your wings, which I actually appreciated, and I thought it was unusual.Wings and gloves ..nnOne unexpected part was the bathroom situation. You need a code to get in, it’s unisex, and it’s located downstairs in what feels like a basement. There was a sign on the wall warning about oxygen levels and saying not to stay too long that honestly made me a little nervousnnOverall, it was interesting to see how Wingstop operates differently outside the U.S. Not a bad experience, just very different. If you’re American, go in expecting some changes and you’ll enjoy it more.
We got the flavour mix with blue cheese sauce and ranch, both of those I highly recommend! My favourite flavour was the garlic Parmesan. The place was full of people coming in and out but remained very clean and the service was extremely fast!
