Clos Maggiore is an oasis of calm in the heart of Covent Garden. Influenced by the stylish country inns of Provence and Tuscany the unique interiors create an unparalleled warmth and intimacy. The apple blossom adorned conservatory features a fully retractable glass roof creating a bright and airy dining space in summer months and in winter months it is transformed at night by candles, starlight and a crackling fire. Chef Marcellin Marc’s love of Provencal cuisine is recreated with individual style and flair. Marcellin is committed to sourcing local and seasonal products throughout the year to create perfectly balanced menus where have consistently been recognised and awarded with AA-rosette awards. Our globally renowned wine cellar boasts over 2,000 selections appealing to all occasions, ranging from a modest bottle of ’Vin De Pays’ to the greatest names in the wine world.

This is a stunningly beautiful restaurant; one of the most romantic ambience you can ever for. The pictures of the main dining room are gorgeous but it is even better in person. The restaurant is located in a high-end part of time and a lively street. We had to book a month in advance. Service and food were top notch. I can't recommend this place enough for a romantic date or important occasion!

Wonderful food and service. Excellent choices for non-meat waters and vegetarians. Non alcoholic drinks were tasty. Their attention to detail and special touch for our anniversary was sweet. Would come back again one day for sure!

Food was decent. Service was good. Made bookings for a table at the conservatory to celebrate my friend's birthday but of course it was fully booked! The only major disappointment was after our meal, we wanted to have a look at the conservatory because really, how could we leave the place without checking it out? So we were brought downstairs to the observatory and when we whipped out our phones for a picture of the conservatory, the waitress was quick to inform us no pictures were allowed of the diners and only of the flowers. We abided to her request of course when ANOTHER guy came to tell us NO PHOTOS WERE ALLOWED AT ALL. Now, isn't this double standard? First, your colleague allowed us to take a photo and now you do not allow us? Why not? We are after all patrons of the restaurant as well. My friend and I were deeply offended by that and we just left the restaurant feeling humiliated. Now this restaurant is well known for the lovely conservatory and we just wanted a photo as keepsake. Now the whole experience was just ruined in an instance for us. I don't see a reason to not allow pictures to be taken when there are plenty of photos taken by patrons online so why can't we? It's really proven to be double standard or was the guy treating us differently just because we are Asians? My friend visited the restaurant after seeing it featured on my instagram and she got to take photos INSIDE THE CONSERVATORY. Now what have you got to say? Really, I'd highly recommend going to Pollen Street Social where the service and food are always consistent and impeccable and their attention to details is just amazing!

Food: excellent. Service: FANTASTIC Decor: sexy and low light. Pea fish mix thing they had going on made sweet love in my mouth. Was not seated in the famous garden but rather upstairs with a pretentious couple next to us.

The atmosphere is amazing. They have an exceptional wine menu and their vegan options are heavenly. The staff were very helping and they didn't forget to surprise us on our anniversary. Great experience.
