DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is actually awful, it has ruined my move to uni. I commute as often as I can as I hate it here so much. We’ve had mice since we moved in and they are so inattentive, very understaffed and it takes forever for maintenance to sort things. We didn’t have the required fire safety until after Christmas as there was no fire blankets and the fire alarms didn’t work. The social areas / reception look nice however the bedrooms do not reflect it, they’re awful and rundown. Many flats were dirty and unclean from the last tenants when we moved in and they had that many complaints they sent out an apology. They photos and show rooms are SO deceiving!!! I was warned about this place before booking as I thought it was nice and ignored everyone else however PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS
