Car was broke into 23/02/2018 due to no CCTV or lightning, company isn’t interested in safety of your car or it’s contents just how much money they can make! Very unsafe at night!

Like other NCP Car parks. Bays are quite small, but service is quick. Machines are well placed.

Please don't use this car park - it is cheap for a reason! I parked here two weeks ago on a Sunday morning from 11:15 - 14:15 and in that time my car was broken in to and the contents of the boot were stolen (yes I do know that items are left at my own risk but nothing was on show in my car). A Mazda parked opposite was also targeted. This car park DOES NOT have CCTV (I wasn't aware of this when I parked here and naively assumed that it would have) and, in my opinion it makes it an easy target for thieves. I contacted the NCP who refuse to admit that there is a problem with the security at this site. A parking attendant had been in the car park during my stay as a car parked 3 bays away from me had had a ticket issued whilst I was away from the car park .. yet the attendant didn't notice two damaged vehicles. This morning (another Sunday at 07:20) I was going passed the car park on the tram and noticed a man standing outside his car on the phone looking distressed - drivers window smashed - I can only assume that his car park had been broken in to too. Piccadilly stations indoor carpark (down the road) has CCTV and attendants on site and at the weekend is a mere £5 for the whole day (if only I had known this!).
