Good parking facility near to St Mary's Hospital. 20 pounds for one week.
The hospital is good but whoever runs the parking need to seriously consider training for their staff. Three times I’ve been to park here and was met with the parking attendant who was extremely rude and started shouting aggressively at me to the extent that they scared my kids to the point that they cried. Then on the other occasion they said I couldn’t park in a certain spot even there was nothing to say I couldn’t park there and again, I was met with aggression. On the third occasion, I politely asked them if there was anywhere I can’t park as they seemed to have hidden restrictions and the man told me rudely to go away and was quite confrontational
Excellent support staff the rest leaves a lot to be desired. It's difficult to understand how, in this day and age, the main parking facility of an important hospital like St Mary's does not have card payment facilities! Furthermore, one of the main lifts haven't been working over a period of 10 days! In terms of convenience, there's ground floor parking for disabled and parents with children. There are also two spots for electric charging provided by "charge your car" : time limited for 5 hours. Also note: if you are driving into St Mary's, the thoroughfare to parking is blocked: you have to drive out into the main road to access the parking.
It's great that you can now pay by card or cash, and can usually find a parking space... 4 stars as I am one of the many who do not agree with paying for car parking in a time of great stress and worry when visiting a hospital.
The parking system seems to work OK but at the pedestrian entrance I used there was only one payment terminal, so I had to queque to pay the parking fee. As an occasional user navigating the car park is a bit of a mare so I ended up just following the car in front that was also leaving. Better signage for both motorists and pedestrians is needed at 24-Aug-2022.
Always busy and not the easiest car park to navigate. Payment is done on number plate recognition so you don't need to worry about l9sing a ticket.
It is a good place to park for the hospital,easy to use and I have always found a parking space A rather long walk if you're going to the eye hospital
Best place to park for the hospital. Well organised and short walk to anywhere in the hospital complex.
Good parking facilities. Hassle free, no need to wait for parking ticket when arriving. This car park has registration number plate identification ANPR. Reasonable costing for parking space. Returning to the the multi storey car park. You must enter your vehicle registration and payment as advised
Nice place to park 2.50£ after 30 minutes
