Our room was right at the top of the building, tricky for those with mobility issues or breathing problems. Very clean, biscuits and chocolates provided each day. Beautiful en-suite shower with plenty of hot water. Within walking distance to town. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices of cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Loved Daisy the dog! Thank you for an enjoyable honeymoon!
Willow Tree House was the perfect B&B to stay in for me and my fiancé. Very reasonable prices, family run, excellent and friendly staff. The room we stayed in was homely, very comfortable and a lovely big bed! Breakfast was fantastic too, would highly recommend staying hereRooms: 5/5
What a lovely and welcoming place to stay. A characterful house in a great location for town about 2 mins walk with easy, safe parking. We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived even Daisy the dog got through my wife's usual nervousness of dogs. The room we had was beautifully clean and well presented, with tea, coffee, water and even hot chocolate to go with the biscuits and chocolate mints. Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. We will definetely be coming back to Rye and will certainly be staying at Willow Tree House again.
Incredibly comfy stay for myself and my girlfriend. The host was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast menu has plenty of variety and accommodated vegetarians. We would stay again.Rooms: 5/5
Very impressed from the moment we arrived to our departure. Room had everything a visitor could ask for and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was very comprehensive and served by most charming staff. Congratulations to Bob and his staff for their care and attention and for recommending local hostelries for evening meals. All in all one of the best B & B's we've stayed in.
We generally had a good stay here, the room was cute and breakfasts nice. What I would be open about is that the rooms at the front of the building are only a short distance from a busy road, so the traffic noise is quite intense up until 10pm and from 6am. Also the room was very humid with only one window for air which could only opened a quarter of the way we found it hard to sleep, even though there was an air con fan it didn't make any difference. Some lovely things about this place, but also some things to consider.
This is a remarkably well decorated and well equipped small historical hotel. The staff are very friendly efficient, accomodating and helpful. The rooms are well decorated well furnished and the ensuite shower room was furnished with a high quality modern shower plentiful towels, shower gel and shampoo and abundant hot water. Good freshly cooked breakfasts choices, range of cereals and juices and coffee options, or good old breakfast tea by the pot. The little things that really count were also most appreciated. A well stocked and daily restocked supply of tea bags coffee, sugar sweetener and multiple milk sachets and two quality chocolates on the bedside table every day were appreciated. Why do some more expensive hotels skimp on such things? Hairdryer supplied. Competitively priced for the high quality of accomodations and a great location around 10 minutes walk from the wonderful and historical town of Rye. Highly recommend! Lovely B&B, 5 minutes from station and town centre. Clean and staff friendly and can't do enough for you. Great breakfast. We were in one of the rooms that over look the garden . Highly recommended a visit
A great experience in this quaint, well-kept, historical b&b. Good location near the station and a short walk away from the city centre. Helpful and friendly staff, delicious and plentiful full English breakfast. No idea how they keep the bathrooms so tidy, we were impressed through and through. Would definitely stay again when in Rye.
Willow Tree House B&B is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Rye. Beautiful rooms, friendly people and ample parking. Add to that the scrupulous cleanliness and detailed attention to Covid precautions. We felt safe and looked after. The breakfasts are pretty good too!
