Stayed Oct 23 for 3 nights. Lovely location will definitely return. Parking included so bonus for the area. Rye is a beautiful place to explore and centre of town is a 5 minute walk. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and is very comfortable. The outside seated area was lovely to sit and watch wildlife and boatlife..
Lovely clean well furnished apartment on first floor, parking space provided and walking distance to all amenities in Rye town centre. Looking forward to our week here. Lovely view over the river.
Lovely apartment next to the water, and 5-10 mins walk from the town centre. Clean, quiet and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.Rooms: 5/5
We didn't stay at all. Our booking was confirmed, money was taken, but after a minute we received a message from the owner that they had no availability for our dates. No word about a refund, though. We had to get through to the customer services and they told us we would get the refund after 7 to 12 days. Unbelievable. They take the money within seconds but refuse to pay it back as quickly as that! If your accommodation isn't available anymore, why do you still advertise it? A huge disappointment to us and we'd certainly discourage everyone to book it. It's outrageous and not fair.
Stayed here for a long weekend. Great peaceful riverside location to this purpose built holiday apartment. Easy 8 mins walking distance of Rye town with its plethora of pubs, restaurants, galaries & antique shops. Well furnished, comfortable bed & powerful shower. Helpful owner. Would definitely stay here again.
Looks like a great place for a self-catering holiday... a couple of minor whinges about provision of equipment- nothing serious.Rooms: 5/5
Mobile signal is poor and WiFi is slow and unreliable. Carpet in the bathroom means you cannot escape the smell of damp. The location is great, the bed comfortable and the shower is good.
Lovely well appointed apartment in a great location. Just a short walk into the beautiful town of Rye.
Perfect for a long weekend break, well equipped and an excellent location by the river but only a few minutes walk into Rye.Rooms: 4/5
I do like it , very quiet, great place to stay for a break. Great surrounding town of Rye, with plenty to do.
