I try to go to a private whenever I can. My 1 year old had a fever and they just didn't have time to see her I had to dial them 27 times in the morning to get in the phone queue and then waited for 20 minutes there to hear this. On other occasion, every doctor here gave her different diagnosis - after 2 months of struggle we ended up at private doctor who diagnosed her and we treater her easily in a few days. When getting immunisation, we always need to ask to get her skin cleaned before the injection - they don't do it normally. When I had 2 small issues and wanted to discuss them in the 10 minute slot, the doctor refused. So after 2 minutes he kicked me out of the surgery that I need to book another appointment for the other small issues. And it was really difficult for me as a mum of 4 months old. I must mention, that rarely, I was lucky to see a good doctor who was nice, caring and diagnosed me correctly. Unfortunately this really happens very rarely and I never know if I can trust them this time or not : I know that it's difficult for everyone working for NHS because it's the system which is so bad and doesn't encourage doctors and nurses to work in a better way and actually doesn't allow the to work better too much work, not enough up to date training, no motivation etc.. I'm very sorry to give only one star, but that's the reality.
Worst service I have ever experienced from a GP surgery. Absolutely fed up, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment here, even for an emergency appointment it is near on impossible. You are either left on hold or the call cut entirely. This is the case even when we are not in a global pandemic. Would not recommend to anyone and would rate 0 stars if I could.
If I could put 0 stars I would, disgusting service from the receptionists especially the blonde lady with a bob. I'm a single mum who was awaiting childcare to be able to get to the gp as I have flu virus, tonsillitis and I'm struggling with my 4 month old son as I'm avoiding him from catching what I have. I was only 5 minutes late and normally I'm told to wait in waiting area upto 15-20 minutes everytime, even when there are no patients to be seen. She dare say to me that I'm late 7 minutes because she didn't even greet me as soon as she saw me. Unprofessional and rude, couldn't even check with the doctor incase he could still see me which has never happened to me at another gp because receptionist still check with the doctors. DISAPPOINTING SERVICE, NOT THE FIRST TIME.
0-Worst medical centre. I call on Friday to book an urgent appointment at 2 o’clock When they are back from lunch and they answer at 3 after 1 hour off calling when they answer they didn’t let me speak saying they are fully book and to call back on Monday , and on Monday they didn’t pick up there phone for more then 45 minutes from 8:15 when they open and when they do they are not helpful at all saying they don’t have any available appointments any more and to call again at 2 o’clock. Useless!!!!
If I could I would put 0 stars. I am very unimpressed with how they work. I have heart problems and I cant contact them for nearly a week now; when they do pick up, they say I haven't ever called them. My first ever gp which I write a complain about. Its ridiculous.
Always feel cared for here from the moment I arrive from the receptionist. Lovely caring practice nurse and doctors.
The admin staff really think they are above the medical needs of the people. Horrible admin staff. I have never once had a CIVIL and polite experience with them
Very difficult to make an appointment!
