Disgusting rude receptionist who talks to you like dirt on her shoe. Thanks Janet for being the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. Great work

Very good medical practice as far as the administration and management is concerned.. but the GP i came across is absolutely pathetic so giving three stars.. always avoid appointment with Dr Shivani Shah.. she’s a shoulder shrugger.. i had a facial migraine attack for the first time in life and had no clue what’s wrong.. i visited for diagnosis and the woman took it so lightly saying it’s normal condition and should be ok with paracetamol is few days.. she called me in after 40minutes of my appointment time and the reception staff remained apologetic for the delay! i had such pain that i then visited a dentist wondering if its dental pain.. wasted money n time there, then visited a private practice where the doctor told me that its probably facial migraine or sinus attack.. he referred me to a migraine expert who’s medication then cured the situation.. So my own useless GP’s incompetence and couldnt careless attitude lead me to spend money on dentist and a private practice .. i dont count migraine specialist because that’s where i had to end up anyway.. so my advice, ask for th GP name and if its Dr Shivani Shah, then consider posting your issue on facebook instead.. even facebookers could give a better advice!

Best GP I've had so far. No fuss, no rude receptionists. You can ALWAYS get an appointment within a few days. Doctors are always willing to help, had a few occasions where the doctor even called me personally to answer a few concerns that I had.
