Just registering at this surgery took over a month. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever encountered. Any simple question asked in a polite manner was met with a snappy and rude reply. The staff are lazy, they get you to do half the work yourself. There is always a problem going on in the reception area, as the receptionists are completely rude to patients and completely unhelpful. Going elsewhere as soon as possible. A doctor's surgery should want to help patients not treat them badly.

This GP deserves no stars. I am in the process at the moment changing GP because of how awful they are here. The receptionist is VERY rude. I was queuing once to tell them I was here for an appointment(not realising they installed a screen that you can do yourself) when I told her, she literally raised her voice at me and told me I was now late and why was I bothering queuing up. Bare in mind she is around 60 years old and I was 18 at the time. They are all just very aggressive and snappy when they speak for no reason. It is also impossible to get an appointment here. Their automated system is absolutely useless. For the last week I have been calling and speaking with the automated system just to be told 'no appointments available' if I try and call the phone to speak with a receptionist no one answers!! Honestly ridiculous service and rude staff. Avoid

I would not recommend this surgery. They take ages to answer the phone. You can get an appointment that morning, but can never see a doctor of your choice or a more senior one unless you book a month in advance. Too many locum/newly qualified doctor appointments available only. Twice now, I have had problems being diagnosed; issues that were causing me ongoing pain. Nothing life threatening but nevertheless caused me distress and pain. Consultations are not thorough enough. Doctors ought to be referring on if they cannot find a reason for an ongoing issue. Nice clean surgery and good for kids/babies. However, I am inclined not to go back again now.

Disgusting behaviour from receptionists impossible to get through. They hang up on you extremely unprofessional and rude!

I don't think I've ever rated something this low before, but in this case I feel an exception can be made. I'm unable to login to the online appt maker, as my records don't exist, so I'm not sure if they've removed me? So I then tried calling, hitting the option for "any appointment with anyone" - only to be told no such appointment is available. Essentially it's impossible for me to go and see a doctor at my practice, great stuff. I've been before and the doctors were great, friendly and helpful so I can only assume it's the administration at fault, not them, but regardless, if the place can't meet the demand, then an issue needs to be raised!
