Visited the garage to get a service on the car. I've been to many garages over the year and I'm used to slow service, but this was impressive! We arrived first thing in the morning so it was busy as others had done the same, but they saw us pretty quickly to check in the car. They even offered us a lift to work.

The staff may not be experts on the BMW models, particularly on the options and materials used, and extended test drives aren't easy to arrange, but I can't fault them on their appearance and attitude. Very personable, loquacious and professional.

Appalling customer service from Manchester's main BMW dealer. I left two messages with their receptionists, asking for their service department to contact me. I heard nothing after 24 hours so contacted an independent BMW specialist. It took less than five minutes to book my car in for repair. Also, it won't cost me an arm and a leg as it would at BMW Williams. I once had a major job done there and they even charged me £8 for topping up the battery. I ask you. Avoid this company like the plague.
