Came here today while in Sunderland very interesting decor! Needs updating! Not one of my favourite but definitely one of the cheapest I've been in Stowford press £1.89 per pint! Kopperberg draft was on offer at £1.99 aswel absolute bargain! Have to rate it on prices and service which was good as always.
Brought my daughter for a simple burger and chips. Was quite busy but found a table near back within 30 seconds of going in...waited no more than 2 minutes at bar to place order...plenty of friendly staff serving. Food arrived within 10 minutes. Super quick service. Food and soft drink were excellent value for money. £20 for 2 6oz burger with bacon & cheese with side order of 12 onion rings. Very happy with service. Would recommend and will be returning soon.
Typical Spoons, but possibly a little better than some in terms of the drinkers. Disappointing choice of draft beers, but that could have just been unlucky.
Ii was supposed to be attending a course. Our tutor failed to turn in, and because it was early hours , I and a friend set up the laptops . Ordered some coffee, stayed warm, and did our research for a couple of hours. Staff were supportive and friendly.
This place is in absolute need of a full revamp, it feels very shabby and rundown! I don't understand why so much money was spent on the "cooper rose" and not a penny on this place, when it desperately needs updating!! Drink and food prices are getting more expensive too. Staff could also do with being more polite and respectful to customers.
Nice pint and fish & chips staff we're really friendly too.The decor and whole place could do with a bit of TLC , but still good value .
It was fine. After match, so place and staff were busy. The group ordered snacks and came in good time and was all eaten. The staff were very friendly.
Staff member Andrea was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the burgers were burnt, the poppadoms were really oily and ice cream tasted really strange... So, 2 for food, plus 1 for Andrea!
It was very crowd . Loved the food , less price drinks . nice atmosphere . Tables were not cleaned as it was too busy . Too crowded . The guy who served the food . He is so good . Best staff …. Good place when it’s not busy .
Friendly and helpful staff. Go out of their way to help you. Great atmosphere and will definately be back for another meal.
