Lovely venue, lovely staff and lovely rooms!
My husband and I were married here Saturday 13th October. In the vault suit. It was a beautiful ceremony . gorgeous decor .the food was lovely. And staff were first class and friendly Ali promised me a beautiful day. True to his word.I must say it was the best day of my life. I will recommend your venues to any one Many thanks.
Been there tonight. Lovely building. Waited 20 mins at the cash only bar...,£12.40 for a large Pinot and a bottle of brown ale. Lots of fellow customers couldn't believe how dear it was. The staff work like Trojans but obviously understaffed. Paid £30 per head for a 3 course Xmas meal. Starter was broth... lovely, main was the beef....small, cheap and sad, sweet was cheesecake ......awful. Was it worth £30? No. Would I go back? NO Was it value for money? NO. My advice...mmmmm. dont go or if you insist smuggle your own drink in, you don't get searched. You have been warned.
Attended a wedding evening here.security staff attentive.bar staff friendly and quick.food tasty and plenty.music.good variety.clean .tidy.lift and stairs available. So good for wheelchair users.toilets very clean.
Recently attended to a wedding on the 2 nd or 3rd floor for the first time . It was an amazing venue . So much light and very spacious .absolutely beautiful. Staffs were very friendly too .
The worst customer service I have ever encountered. So bad, we have relocated our Xmas party. Pray you never have to deal with the guy called Ali. Say what you like in reply to try and make yourself look better because anyone who has the misfortune to deal with you will see how arrogant you are.
Fantastic venue, lovely young events manager names Lauren who is more than helpful with everything and goes above expectations in organisation and direction of events A***
Lovely venue, but the service at the bar was slow and at over £23 for 2 g&t's and a medium wine, l think very expensive
Staff are lush really nice people rooms are are clean modern and verry big i woukd recomend x
Cracking venue, good food, Great surroundings, friendly staff. Used it loads of times for celebration events.
