We have recently been walking the South West Coast Path and made this hotel a one night stop off. Well we couldn't have hoped for better, the staff were friendly and welcoming and very polite in hearing our story of the walk to the hotel!! The room was out of this world, amazing views and the lovely bath and shower was amazing after our 12 mile hike. We ate in the restaurant which was lovely, excellent food and drink and a lovely waitress. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and we had a lovely nights sleep, the breakfast again was superb and we picked and chose what we wanted and without question or hesitation they took our order and very quickly bought it to us, cooked perfectly. We honestly cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for everything.

Best to book if you intend eating here as it can get busy. Great service though, lovely staff all very smart, helpful and efficient. Food was good as was the view of Widemouth Bay and the Atlantic rollers hitting the rocks.

The carvery was delicious and great value. They also do lots of different Gins too! I was in heaven! Definitely need to book though but they did manage to squeeze us in and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Stunning refurb and location...the views are just fantastic... staff were great and food was fantastic. Highly recommend a visit.

Short on staff but what was there was very nice the place was clean and tidy with lovely views reasonable prices and nice food would go again
