For some reason no copper pipe in stock and none ordered, according to the checkout staff,so a waste of a trip... Another visit and still hardly any stock,no pipe,now no gutter fittings,and nobody seems to care or be interested,as much as I don't like B&Q,Wickes are making us go there ......
Rude delivery staff blocking the road and refusing to move.. You can see in the picture is plenty of space around for them to park without blocking the road
Laying a drive on my own so can only carry 30 bricks at a time in my car max, needless to say I visit Wickes in weston very frequently ! So much so I acquired a nickname..... they call me "Brickman" told them my real name but I like "Brickman" better.
Useless as usual, did not have stock I needed so went elsewhere
Dont buy wicks own laminate flooring. Bowed, not strainght and at least 2 defective pieces per box with router edge missing so wont lock in
Absolutely shocking. I've given it a few goes but after today I've decided I'm done. The staff struggle to answer any, even basic questions, like where things are in the store. They also make you move out of their way. Got told today that they couldn't tell me when they would be able to deliver something unless I bought it. Bought some trellis which is falling apart because the staples used are not really deep enough or up to the job. I've had to refinforce it all myself which somewhat defeats the point of buying ready made trellis. Price of which was not competetive either.
Great Customer Service. I was looking perplexed, a member of staff asked if I needed help. Sorted.
Plenty of parking onsite. For all your DIY essentials. Onsite customer toilet must ask for key at desk
Didn't have what I needed but seemed well stocked with most items!
Just like to say how impressed I am with Wickes Weston super Mare. Could not of been more helpful with a faulty toilet seat.
