Service in store was great. Paid extra for speedy delivery and took the day off work. When it arrived it was already damaged. Didn't even unload it just sent the sofa back. Phoned customer care to ask for a refund for "speedy delivery" we paid for and were told that "we don't see what is unacceptable about this". Your customer service is unacceptable!!!

I don't like being lied to. My wife and I went here with the intention of purchasing a sideboard. The lady I spoke to said that we shouldn't wait, we need to buy now as the price of the sideboard we like will be going up on Monday when the sale ends  I don't like pressure sales. I went in today  three days after the sale ended and the price is still the same. And guess what? A new sale is on. I do not like being pressured into buying. I will never buy anything from Oak Furnitureland in the future.

The service  by the friendly staff put you at ease the prices of furniture is very reasonable. Tim Morse is the sales person to see. He knows his stuff and answered any questions we had great experience.

7 month old suite has discoloured around head area and they claim my hair has contaminated it and dismissed the claim.  As well that they messed me around with the delivery keeping me on a forever promise.  Poor quality product and poor communication regarding delivery.

I feel like I have bought the whole shop. I just can't keep away from this place. The staff are fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable. They keep the coffee coming and I keep the orders flowing. Thanks Guys

We bought 2 leather sofas . Ricky and Viv were amazing everything they told us happend . And the delivery was as they said it would be . We will use them again.

Just brought a sofa and arm chair from here. Great customer service, especially from Marina. Being delivered to our new place in December so hopefully it all goes just as smooth.

All Good.  Very Helpful and the sofas are great.  Just don't be pressured by the sale prices will end at a certain date thing.

Lovely bright and well presented store. Staff were friendly and helpful. Furniture beautiful and well made.

Great experience purchasing are items, only problem was when we was leaving the manager of the store got very excited due to the amount we bought and celebrated about the sell loudly whilst we was leaving, which made me fill like going back into the shop and retract are order, it was unprofessional behaviour in my eyes which ended my experience in a bad way unfortunately.
