I don't like this place but my wife keeps making me go there. To be fair it has reasonable disabled parking and access, and quite a good cafe. It's fairly well stocked too.

Hats off to staff member Rosie, and Pete the store Manager in the Weston-Super-Mare branch of Dunelm. I was trying for weeks to purchase and locate the large 'Purity Box' Dunelm sells but could not get hold of one. Tried for weeks but could not order on line, for home delivery or for store collection. I spoke with Rosie who stepped up and suggested a few options with Pete who sorted getting the box to the Weston branch for me to collect, which I did today.! My job takes me all over the world and I get used to the very high standards the service and retail industries overseas, commonly offer. It's nice to come back to the UK and find two people going above and beyond the call of duty and raising the benchmark and standards when they really don't have to. Even trying is appreciated but actually coming up with the goods deserves a big thank you, so thank you Rosie and Pete.!

Took ages to find someone to help me and then she didn't seem very happy to help my phone rang so she walked away hut I needed to take the call. Then asked her again to help me get something very from top shelf and she huffed as though it was too much trouble. She did help me in the end but was not a nice experience. The lady on the fabric counter was very helpful though and the cashier.

Nice shop for a sun morn browse. Was looking for a salt n pepper set. Got nice one for under a fiver. If your looking for something a little different that's the place. No tat in there!
