Started  with good consultation in the shop with kye who identified what we were looking for and found us the perfect carpet for our lounge, stairs and landing.
Unfortunately the first carpet was faulty (not jj carpets fault)  which was quickly changed once we had reported to JJ carpets . 
JJ carpets listened to all of our feedback including some issues with the fitters which was resolved to our satisfaction. 
We would certainly recommend in future.

Friendly service and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble and the aftercare was just as good! Recommend this company to anyone who asks. Went in with a budget and they were very accommodating and helped us stick to it, no pushy sales staff just great advice and help!
