I wasn't expecting to buy a bed it was on my to do list! as was looking at chests of drawers. Took a look upstairs for the chest of drawers and saw this bed. Looked at the entire range but liked the first bed I saw. I was able to move it around with ease - it's on wheels.  The sales assistant encouraged me to test the bed as protective covers used and was helpful without being pushy. I've got a Somerset made king size bed with the headboard sold for double size price, and free delivery.

Excellent products, Competitively priced with many offers in the store. What more to ask? Also customer service here is much better than that In the street store.

I went this morning to buy a particular sofa however it was too deep for me as i am small.  James suggested  i look at  a different one which would suit my frame better.  Fantastic, much better for me.  Decided to purchase the sofa along with an accent chair.  First Class Service.  Nothing too much trouble!  Highly recommended

Excellent service from James. Polite, helpful and extremely knowledgable on products. It was great to have good old fashioned customer service. I am so pleased that I purchased my new fire suite from this company. I was so impressed that I am going in to order some other items as well. Certainly reccomend to friends and family.

Ordered a piece of furniture, was told by the salesperson it would be six to eight weeks delivery. By my reckoning should have been delivered end of July, beginning of August. Checked on delivery and told it is being delivered into Living Homes on the 20 August. When I queried the delay I was told it was because of a three week factory shut down. This was never mentioned when we ordered and paid in full. The manager said that 8-10 weeks is the norm for delivery and we shouldn’t have been told 6-8 weeks, the salesperson actually said it might be quicker than six weeks! On asking if I could cancel the order I was told I would lose a proportion of the amount already paid because the furniture was already being produced? It’s the 9 July, so if it’s being produced now then why 20 August for delivery, almost six weeks away, I guess it because of the factory shut down. Take the three weeks out then the 6-8 week delivery looks OK? So, back to my gripe, we should have been informed of the possible three week shut down and the knock on effect on delivery time, we would not have ordered the furniture in the first place! So, check your paperwork, the last resort of the ‘ how do we wriggle out of this one sales manager’. We were about to order further furniture from Living Homes, that is something we will definitely not be doing.

Lovely furniture store. Very helpful and pleasant staff. One of the younger salesmen came to my home to help me understand the workings of the electric cooker. It was rather complicated. OK now.
