Who'D Have Thought It
"The Who'd Have Thought It Inn in Milton Combe, near Yelverton is a cosy Devon Free-hold pub and Bed and Breakfast on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. We take great pride in serving fresh locally sourced seasonal food, regularly changing real ales and quaffable wines in a picture post card setting, a stones throw from the National Trusts Buckland Abbey. We welcome dogs and offer the perfect place to relax in the garden to the sound of the babbling brook or warm your cockles by the log fires in the colder months."

Sunday lunch was lovely. Polite and quick service. We had beef brisket and belly pork, both delicious. Lots of veg and tasty roast potatoes. Puddings were good too. Not too heavy so you can eat one after the roast. I'll be back soon.Service: 5/5
Lovely location, good grub and pleasant service. A great pub lunch. Me and my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed it here and are bound to be back again. Located in a picturesque little village; made for a quiet and relaxing lunch. Wonderful weather made using the outdoor seating a most. Well rounded place with plenty of options on the menu. I'm sure we'll be back. Food & drinks: Delicious cod and tartare sauce sandwich. Good beer too.
We just popped in for a quick pint, but it's very clear that this place is a really nice pub. We were welcomed straight away by the landlord and the atmosphere is amazing. So much history is adorned on the walls. We will definitely be back soon to try the food.
Haven't used the rooms but didn't want that to reflect in my rating for the food and pub experience. Very friendly service, clean lavatories and delicious food. Car parking is at the back. This pub is located off the beaten track in a very pretty little village. Well worth a visit in my opinion.Rooms: 5/5
Amazingly quirky Dartmoor pub based in a quintessentially English village. Nice sized car park for the location. The interior is fantastic, you could spend an afternoon looking at every object in there. Highly recommended!Service: 5/5
Fantastic pub, one of Stannary Hash House Harrier's favourites! Great selection of Dartmoor Ales, great cozy atmosphere and beautifully decorated traditional bar and function room, great for a group like ours who enjoy a couple of beers and cheesy chips!
Great food, quick service. Atmosphere is incredible, well loved pub. Called ahead and was given a table by the fire! Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.
Lovely evening for a significant birthday. Great atmosphere and convivial host making it perfect. All the staff were fantastic.thanks all. Food & drinks: Great range of food and drinks on offer.
Good meal in country pub on our last night in Cornwall. The place is large and a little off the veaten track but gets a full crowd on many evenings.
We found this almost by accident, and were so glad we did! A warm welcome, despite being a little late for lunch, but nothing was too much trouble. Lunch was delicious in most convivial surroundings. We will definitely visit again. Many thanks for making my birthday so enjoyable!
