A quiet Tuesday evening. Ordered petite sole fillets and lamb shanks. Wow! Both meals were absolutely delicious. Service was good, prices were good, food was good. Could not fault anything. Absolutely recommend this place.
Love this pub! Cosy and friendly atmosphere... More importantly pet friendly! The food is amazing and more than sufficient to suffice any appetite. We will make a point of going to this beautiful village each time we visit Devon.
Went there both for lunch and dinner. At dinner time it was nicely full at the bar but they have a fantastic separate area for meals which made a big difference. Portions are generous and the food is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and all in all a very recommendable place to go.
Proper Devon village pub, with a famous chippy next door! The food looks amazing and the beer is excellent. When I've eaten there I'm sure this will change to 5 star!
A brilliant refuge from the Devon Mist on Plaister Down, if you can get down Jordan Lane without too much bother. If they did a veggie version of their amazing "huge" baguettes it would be 5 stars, no bother.
Had a fantastic roast in the London Inn today, for Mother'sDay. Amazing roast beef at very reasonable price and a great pub with a brilliant atmosphere. What's not to like about the London Inn?

Love this place, great dirty fries although not a fan of the change in cheese. The nacho cheese ruined the dish, would have preferred the dirty fries without the nacho cheese.
Wonderful pub, the staff go above and beyond, the food is delicious, everybody is catered for and it's a dog friendly pub. Weekly Quiz Night, pool table, dart board, restaurant downstairs, and it's right in the heart of the village.
