Lorna is an excellent host, we phoned direct & manged to get accommodation at short notice, & reasonably priced..nThe location suited us, roads were quiet  lovely views across the fields...nOur room was lovely  well equipped  a lovely hospitality tray..nBreakfast was yummy, great choices...nThank you Lorna, would definitely recommend.....

An excellent location, with easy-access parking. A fantastic cosy room with great facilities. Our room included a hanging cupboard, en suite with shower, and coffee and tea making facilities. A very comfortable bed. Great night's sleep. And to top everything off an amazing breakfast that gave us a phenomenal start to our day. I had the full Scottish breakfast and my wife had the eggs and salmon. Delicious! Thank you to our friendly and attentive host, Lorna who made us feel so welcome and was so accommodating with our early arrival.

We had an amazing time staying in Edinburgh at this wonderful B&B! Perfect location for the wedding we where at nearby. Lorna was so welcoming and we even got to enjoy meeting their lovely young Lab too!nRooms where clean and comfy. Very friendly home from home feel. Would definitely recommend xx

A genuinely nice lady called Lorna runs this B&B. I have stayed twice and both times it has been a good experience. Ample parking. Fast WiFi. TV and nice breakfast. All for a very reasonable price. I will be staying again soon.

Stayed with my fiancé for a night. This place was just lovely. The owner was so sweet. She made us a huge delicious breakfast. You got to choose from a menu! She even accommodated me as a vegetarian. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
