This was the best B&B we have stayed at during our trip and Elizabeth was simply fantastic even helping with a birthday cake for our 9 year old grandson! The ambience are lovely and nicely decorated, with lots of attention to the breakfast room - full of great golf gadgets. Breakfast was the best ever! thank you.

Would highly recommend this excellent establishment to anyone visiting the area. This is as good as it comes! clean, comfortable, fantastic breakfast, easy parking, nothing is a problem, the owners are the most welcoming, pleasant people you could meet, it was a real home from home what more could one ask for. definitely on my itinerary for my next visit.

WE would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. We had a lovely stay, having delicious breakfasts with plenty of choice. Really sets you up for the day to explore the area. Good connections to Edinburgh by park and ride.The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a nice lounge to relax in and take your morning coffee. Beautiful garden to sit and relax in after a busy day. Elizabeth and Derek made us feel very welcome and not feeling like strangers. Very relaxed atmosphere and Derek loves a chat. Look at all there awards they have between them for different interests. 

Thank you for a lovely stay and really hope to return again.
