So disappointed as this hotel should be buzzing. Great setting and could be the place to go. However it lacked care with filthy windows on entrance cobwebs in room generally poor on cleanliness. A group used banquet room for playing cards leaving bottles behind and stains over tables, no one cleared up and still a mess next morning. Bathroom lacked space so you had to back on to toilet (not nice to say but no space to wipe )Room 4. Room was not serviced while we was there.

Lovely staff. Great selection of food despite being only residents that morning. Very clean but the smallest shower/toilet room ever! They were very interactive with my daughter too. A great place to stay and close the Thirsk

Arrived Sunday . Booked in went to Thirsk centre for a few beers in a taxi . Room was lovely .staff very friendly . Great value .

A lovely stay here, peaceful however out the way of Thirsk Town, good for the price and the selection on breakfast was lovely! I would stay here again.
