This is a centrally situated B&B on South Parade in lovely Northallerton. The property has to been extensively renovated over 9 months to reflect clients needs and wants. It's a Victorian property decorated in the era's colours with the tech of today - wifi, charging stations in every room and flat screen TVs. The hostess is charming and very accommodating and provides a great breakfast. Nothing says a good B&B like clean bedding and towels!!

Jan the owner is a fabulous lady. Stopped with my husband and took our dog Ruby. She made both of us and our dog very welcome. The double room was beautiful, a mixture of original features with modern. The bed was so comfortable with a beautiful shower room. The breakfast was brilliant with a variety of choices. We will definitely come back when we come to visit our family. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone, not only because of the location, but because of the accommodation and Jan the owner who made us so welcoming. I wish Jan every success for the future, thank you for a wonderful experience, Sue, Wilf and Ruby x

The guest house has just been refurbished to a very high standard it is of 5star quality providing a top quality breakfast very warm and friendly host and only 2 minutes walk from the high street I would strongly recommend a visit

Brilliant place. We're staying three nights for Christmas with family and the place is lovely, warm and comfortable. Landlady is very friendly and breakfast has been delicious. Awesome find and would greatly recommend it!
