Staff helpful & courteous, nurses always friendly & kind, doctors offer a caring service and do listen. They don’t always get it right first time, neither do I, but they care enough to keep trying. They’ve helped me too many times lately and I’m very grateful and appreciative of their work. Thank you.

The reception staff's customer service skills are horrendous. I have heard within the local community of people's dissapoitment with this surgery but never had any problems. Today I experienced how rude they are 1st hand. The reception needs training in customer service ASAP Also they are not doctors so should not diagnose people over the phone!!!

Always hearing people moaning about the health centre. I can only share my personal views. I have an on going problem at the moment and on a few occasions due to pain, I have had to ask if it were possible to be seen that day. They have never once refused, and no 3rd degree to go through. I would just like to thank the staff and Doctors there and say some people do appreciate what you do.

Worst doctors practice I've ever been to. Waiting times are ridiculous and the doctors are extremely rude and unhelpful. I have been in pain with my wrist (suspected carpal tunnel syndrome) and have visited the doctors on numerous occasions only to be told to "put up with it".
