Just received a letter informing me that Dr Fleming is retiring . Can you please pass on my thanks for the last year as his due care and diligence was spot on . Having had a few problems this year since moving to Blackridge I say was a blessing in disguise as the attention from the whole of the staff should be a role model for others. I dont think I would be here now if not under his care. Thankyou.
Been to 5 GP's over the years with moving house and ive only been to Blackridge once so far and was blown away with their , care and professionalism. Really Nice Doctors. Most other surgeries treat you as an inconvenience.
My wife went there as a precaution as in the past she has had ovarian cancer and after she had a baby her organs shut down due to complications whith the c section. For the last few month she had had intense pains in her stomach and her thought has recently swelled up and is now hard to breath and swallow. As she is not from her and I couldn't go as was in work she was instantly dismissed as being nothing wrong and when she tried to explain about her stomach pains she was accused of having mental health problems and made to feel like she was nothing and left in tears thank you for the professional behaviour and service
Absolutely fantastic squad performance from the moment I get in until the moment I leave, night and day between blackridge and Armadale, just called again earlier and I got Janice and got me a call back. Brilliant
POOR service and site.I was told today when i tried to order more meds the usual way for a year now. After being laughted at,for not knowing this already i had to order my presciptions on this site from now, where? people with health issues need a service. not another head ache looking for something that isnt there.
To all staff , very helpful and a absolute delight to deal with , a medical practice that others should model themselves on !
Staff are the absolute best and are very professional. Lovely practice to be a patient with.
Very helpful and efficient staff. Happy to help with all my questions.
