Yesterday I attended St John’s as a day patient to have a sinus issue resolved under general anaesthetic.nnThe treatment from staff was outstanding! So much time taken with me by the pre op nurse, the anaesthetist, the surgeon and the wonderful nurses in the ward!nnTruly a 5 star experience!!nnThanks you all so much.
Emergency. You have to wait 8 h before doctor see you, even if you are in pain, did they think that normal? People pay National insurance to stay in queue doctor
Brilliant hospital as in cleanliness and staff efficient but went to catering on second floor and yes I shouldn't have done this, I placed a poem on milk machine and the manager man lost his mind the way he quizzed me as if I was putting apmething very serious don't want to say but begins with a B ,The young man clueless about his accusations of I was a racist the poem.was a racist but I offered for manager to read this poem and he refused, I wasn't able to show the poem was about pain!!! The manager his behaviour was aggressive towards a female in my face asking me WHO DO I THINK I AM!! all for a poster yes I said to him I shouldn't have posted it said sorry several times cause of him now I get watched nu the man calling me a racist reported me to security yet done moshing wrong.
10 days ago I have a growth removed from my face by the plastic surgeon. I'm afraid I can't remember her name but she was very kind and considerate. Her suggest procedure has worked wonderfully well and after such a short period is hardly noticeable. I'm so pleased and grateful. All other staff lovely. Thank you all so much
My experience was amazing and my first time attending this hospital so I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for one nurse I had to lay on the floor as my pain was that bad and I had been given 2 doses of morphine and I was still in so much pain but also petrified too as I didn't know what was up with me and the strongest pain killers out there was not touching the pain, a nurse came in and I apologised for laying on the floor but it was more relief at that time than anything and she was lovely and said do you feel more relief then that's okay I can tell your in pain and she left me be, BUT 2 minutes later another nurse entered and said up off the floor it's dangerous and I tried to explain why but she drew her eyes off me with the dirtiest look and I still tried to be nice and said can you help me up please? She then looked me up and down and said if you can get down you can get up I'm not pulling my back out for you!!!! Now she could have been a better person but no she chose to be a horrible person!!! I will never forget her neddy look she fave me so I will always remember her face, I can't tell you a name as I don't know it but she will definitely remember mine and still brush it off because she is a horrible person and probably does it all the time!!!!! I feel apauled to say this about one nurse when everyone else was amazing, I know there will be stathere that know exactly who she is, If I were yous I'd be saying her name and ashamed to be working with someone so rude and disgusting to patients
